Return Policy
We list the condition of the items and a detailed manifest for each listing. Please read all information listed. In the case we didn't provide our customers with what was promised, we stand behind our product 100% and we will refund any dissatisfied customer due to such instances.

Terms
Some of the items may be Shelf Pulls indicating they were previously available for sale in a retail environment but were never sold. There may be retail stickers on any given item. Most of these items are excess or unsold inventory and are returned by the retailer to a centralized warehouse, although new items are in new condition they can show signs of customer contact. As expected no liquidation item can look like the original manufacturers packaging.
Closeout lots may vary 2% and this is the percentage of items that should be considered human error, or abundance of a certain product. We pride ourselves in excellence in customer service, therefore we will provide the best solution in such instances where the variance is in excess of our promise, we will provide you with an equal or a better item than your original purchase.
